This is my 3rd service appointment for my 2022 Wrangler. If you want to wait more than expected time for service, book with Kelly Jeep Lynnfield, MA. Next of my 3 visits to this dealership they have fixed nothing. The successful service occurred with an oil change which has me thinking if it was in fact done. Anyway my back seat did not flip on my jeep. The jeep has 9000 miles on it and first I was told that it did not work that way. Next when I went out to show them how it worked , they then attempted to fix it. After 2 hours the Jeep was returned and not only was it not fixed , I was billed for service on a car that has a standard and extended warranty. I spoke to the service manager who blows. Please see the jeep site jeep.com to confirm that the warranty provided includes parts and service. After an extended discussion the General Manager (who was good)removed the charge less he get picketed outside his establishment. Anyway if you want a dealership that will be dishonorable from point of purchase to the service continuum this is the place. If you do not believe me book 3 service appointments there and track what you pay and what if anything gets fixed. We have the choice as consumers to purchase anywhere and good service is worth the money. Your time and money is best spent elsewhere, but give it a shot and then please do as I have and document your experience both on websites such as these as well as with Chrysler. Kelly please spare me the "I am sorry for your experience" speech.... been there, done that and moving on. More
