What I appreciated most was his transparency, willing to personalize the service to what was best for my car and keeping me up to date on the service status throughout the visit. I've been to other dealerships (Ex. Tampa Honda which is terrible) and will always go to Crown Honda from now on. More

He showed us various vehicles and was very knowledgeable about each of them. With any problems, he made sure they were fixed quickly as he took a personal hand in making sure the problem was fixed.
