Buyer Beware My experience with Gary started off very good, but after purchasing my car quickly went bad. Gary told me the car had many features that in reality i My experience with Gary started off very good, but after purchasing my car quickly went bad. Gary told me the car had many features that in reality it didn't have and then began denying that he said it. Prior to buying the car he even "showed" me how to set up the various option. He thought he was being generous by offering me his personal Bluetooth (one of the options he said the car had, but later tried denying it) when I said I am not going to take his Bluetooth he thought he was giving me a deal saying they would install it for me, but the cost to me would be over $500. When I said no to that he said they would do it for cost, but never gave me a price. I once again said that I am not paying extra for something I was told came with the car. When I pointed out something else I was told the car had and half shown how to install it ( I didn't have my phone cord with me) Gary never responded. It is apparent Gary did not know this car well and is not accepting responsibility for misleading me and buyer should be aware. Make sure everything he says the car is equipped with really works!! More

No stress, No pressure car purchase My daughter and I recently bought a car from Bonneville & Son. We had looked at several other dealerships in the area and were badgered till we left. My daughter and I recently bought a car from Bonneville & Son. We had looked at several other dealerships in the area and were badgered till we left. We passed by Bonneville and Son on the way home and figured we would give them a try. I can't tell you how happy I am we took that chance stop to check out the place. No one rushed to us, they waited till we were ready and asked if we were being helped. Then took us into the office to find out what we were looking for. Getting a very good idea, the salesman, Gary, showed us cars to test drive. When we were done, we told him we would be back. Again, no pressure in having to leave without buying something. We did go back the very next day and purchased an excellent vehicle at a price much better than we had thought. We are very happy with the experience there, the people were all professional, and so so very nice. Best of all, we love our new car! And love the fact that we found a very trustworthy dealership. More

It's hard to describe how friendly and help During the process of leasing a new vehicle, I dealt with two salesmen - Gary Crane and Orlando Pichardo. It's hard to describe how friendly and helpful these guys are. Let me put it this way: they drove 1/2 hour in two separate cars to meet me at my local car rental place, finish the paperwork, and hand over my brand new Patriot. Orlando is one the most genuinely friendly people you'll ever meet, and Gary maintained excellent and professional communication throughout the process without being too overwhelming. 10/10 stars for these gentlemen! More
