My Jeep Wrangler spent over 44 days on the second visit for a parasitic battery drain that this center could not resolve. On the first visit they claimed the battery and instrument cluster was bad, and re for a parasitic battery drain that this center could not resolve. On the first visit they claimed the battery and instrument cluster was bad, and replacement of both still didn't fix the problem. Neither the service staff or the customer relations representative (Samantha) followed up to respond to my concerns regarding this ongoing issue, and the vehicle is covered under Mopar warranty. The FCA representative also failed to follow up with the dealership or me regarding the ongoing issue. Currently, FCA and Cortese CJDR have failed miserably, on this issue...... More

Upset that I received an email for discounts on the same services a week later. Also I could NOT write a check (service center not accepting checks at this time) and had to use a charge card incurring a 3% services a week later.
