If you would have offered it at the lower price to begin with instead of screwing us over we would have took the warranty for $2500. That’s the only downfall of the entire transaction . They offered the package at like $7800 and when we said no they kept pushing and we’re shocked that we said no. So then a little bit later the manager came in and offered us the same deal for around $2500 if Dallas would have offered it to us at $2500 to begin with we would have done it but instead you tried screwing your customer for roughing 5k. Defiantly didn’t appreciate that. Other than the finance part everything was great. More

Loved working with Mike Ferguson and Galen. Mike worked hard to please us and when our first choice wasn’t the right one for us he worked even harder to find the one that was perfect for us. We were referred to this dealership by some friends because they were impressed with the knowledge base of one of the sales associates. Our personal experience aligned with theirs. Ironically, they did because they were impressed with the knowledge base of one of the sales associates. Our personal experience aligned with theirs. Ironically, they didn’t end up buying a car from Ferguson because the inventory at the time didn’t have the car that they wanted. But, that is saying a lot for a business to gain a referral that resulted in a sale from a prospective buyer because they were impressed with the sales associate’s knowledge. More
