I was looking for an Acura TLX for a little over 6 months. I had looked at several dealerships in the Tampa area but hadn't come across the one I really wanted. On New Year's Eve, Westshore Honda post months. I had looked at several dealerships in the Tampa area but hadn't come across the one I really wanted. On New Year's Eve, Westshore Honda posted a 2018 TLX 2.4 at the exact price point I wanted. I clicked that I was interested in their website, and within 5 minutes I was called by Tyler. He set me up with an appointment that day. I met Tyler when I arrived and he passed me to Gaby who took care of me the rest of the time I was there. They brought the car out and it wasn't totally cleaned as they had taken in on a trade that day. Gaby was very apologetic. I looked at the car and noticed it had some scratches, a little more than what I wanted to consider buying. I spoke to Gaby and the sales manager, and the sales manager stated they would normally paint these areas, but because I had come the day they took it in on trade they had not been able to take care of that. He stated that I did not need to worry and that they would take care of these areas no matter if I bought the car or not. I test drove the car and loved the car. We then went to the "Fun" part, "the negotiation". This was actually a great process, no hassling, no crazy fees, Gaby and the manager were awesome to work with, and the process was pain-free. They were extremely flexible and made the process easy. I then went to the finance office and had a great experience. Gabby had taken a lot of the information beforehand so the finance officer was prepared and the process was pain-free. He was a great person to talk to and did not feed me any extra stuff I did not need. I arrived at the dealership at 5 pm on New Year's Eve and was complete with the process at 8 pm. To me, this was a fast process and what I think is a good amount of time to buy a car. Now here is what makes this dealership 5 stars. As I said in the beginning, the car had been taken in and was dirty from the last driver. It had also not been serviced. The dealership did not want me to leave with a car that had not been serviced or detailed. They gave me a loaner for the night and it was ready, serviced, and detailed, by the next morning. Now for the paint, Gaby kept me up to date on the plan over the weekend after new years. I brought the car in the next week and they provided me a rental the entire time they painted the car. During the process, Gaby text me throughout to let me know the updates on the car. The car now looks spectacular, and the dealership is still working on other minor issues to make sure I am satisfied. Other miscellaneous things I noticed during the process: every person I talked to from the front desk to the last time I spoke with Gaby, I was treated as the most important person. The people were happy to be there. I am extremely happy with my experience at Westshore Honda. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

I went to Westshore Honda because I got an agreeable quote back. This was the only dealer who sent me a quote and I had to check it out. They were very accommodating and due to some delay, they brought quote back. This was the only dealer who sent me a quote and I had to check it out. They were very accommodating and due to some delay, they brought my car to me! The price made me happy and everyone was very personable and professional. I had a great experience. More
