Ask to have rear window blade replace d. Had to send our Prius back to service department to replace it. Oil change and tire rotation did not take long. The appointment for this interaction was made by the staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially that the update would take about two hours and it only took about one hour. Great job by all the staff involved!! Thank You!!! More
