Fred helped make it happen! Fred was professional, polite and thorough in explaining all features of the vehicle I was considering. Fred presented me with ancillary products and services with my best interests in mind and not once did I feel forced or "boxed-in" in purchasing something I did not want. Fred struck me as being very honest associate who, did not play any games when it came to the price/haggling that you might experience at other dealerships and encouraged me to call if I had any issues or questions in the future! He gave us a full tour of the service facility which was very impressive, not just in scale and how open it was, but after a brief modification/add-on to the vehicle was extremely friendly! The waiting area btw is very spacious and full of amenities that I am sure will make waiting for a service feel like no time at all. In short, as long as I am a Honda customer I will continue to do business with this dealership and use this service dept. exclusively for my servicing needs!!!
