I'm not sure how I wanted to start this review however I will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. Words can't begin to describe how thankful my family and I are for Fred and his amazing team. Thank you all so much for going the extra mile for us, a true blessing! More
