Tried to make an appointment using the app. It didn't work, so when I called, the person who took my call was very nice and told me someone would contact me the next business day. When the serv It didn't work, so when I called, the person who took my call was very nice and told me someone would contact me the next business day. When the service department called, he was very professional and friendly. When we arrived and checked in, staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone was polite, professional and fun. Even though we bought our vehicle elsewhere, we are so glad to call Yellowstone Motors our "preferred dealer". More

These guys went over the top with their customer service. I flew into Billings, MT due to my flight being canceled to Cody. Tom offered to deliver my truck to me! I was able to make it into Powell, WY so del I flew into Billings, MT due to my flight being canceled to Cody. Tom offered to deliver my truck to me! I was able to make it into Powell, WY so delivery wasn't necessary, however Tom didn't just stop there with his excellent customer service. He and Fred opened the store for me on Sunday (the only day they are closed) to accommodate me and the purchase of my truck. Tom picked me up from my hotel and took me to get coffee before we headed to the store. Thanks to some new friends I met at the airport along with Tom and Fred's excellent service, I will definitely be returning to Powell, WY, and also will be purchasing another vehicle from them for my fiancée real soon. Thank you very much for your great personalities and awesome customer service. More
