The service was absolutely horrible. I waited on my car 4 hours for a simple oil change. No car wash because the crew went home.and they did net check tire pressure. This location is absolutely the worst at sales and customer service. After you pay for a maintenance plan, they service attendants kept sneaking in an oil change charge after I explain over and over i customer service. After you pay for a maintenance plan, they service attendants kept sneaking in an oil change charge after I explain over and over it’s already covered under my plan. When I ask them to remove the change, it’s done reluctantly, with an attitude.. every single oil change! If I wanted hidden charges and attitude while getting my service, I would go to a mom am pop shop. The service technicians are never available and rarely return phone calls. I am trading my GMC AT4 in for a Chevy Silverado just so I don’t have to deal with crap vehicles and crappier service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and all personnel working there. More

Please don’t make reservations so close to each other. I was there 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I got there on time for 9:30 appointment. Left at 12:30. I live near Baytown so I have t I was there 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I got there on time for 9:30 appointment. Left at 12:30. I was told my car was gonna be done and then it wasn't. They didn't even have the part yet on the day I was told to come pick it up. Then I was told it would be done a second time at the end of the next, n They didn't even have the part yet on the day I was told to come pick it up. Then I was told it would be done a second time at the end of the next, nope 3 days later. Then I was told a price and when my wife picked up they slapped on a couple hundred more. Luckily I got them to accept the original pricing. Avoid this place. More

Had an APPOINTMENT for my 1st oil change/rotation/multipoint inspection . Took 3 hours from start to finish. While waiting, i Interrupted the Service Writer (Adam T) from watching som change/rotation/multipoint inspection . Took 3 hours from start to finish. While waiting, i Interrupted the Service Writer (Adam T) from watching something on his cellphone, (had to call his name twice to get his attention) & asked for an estimate on a Windshield replacement. Adam stated it would take a little while to get it for me & I said ok (Evidently 3 hrs wasn’t enough time). Adam brings my paperwork & states my vehicle is ready (no verbal communication on the condition of anything found + or - and no Windshield price) and will be brought up on the drive. Exited the Service Dept, stood outside in the heat for 10 minutes waiting for my vehicle, porter brings my vehicle up then tells me the vehicle still needed to be washed (it stated a wash on the Repair Order). I declined the wash because after taking 3 hours for a minimal service, I was running late for work. Get in my vehicle and driving down the freeway, I felt a pull to the left in my steering wheel so i bring up the Maintenance Screen on the display and it shows 30psi on the left front, 37psi on the right front, 35psi left rear & 36psi right rear…. Since they didn’t wash my vehicle, I sprayed my windshield to clean it and the Wiper Blades were beginning to streak…THIS after an “all green” Multipoint Inspection. Granted I didn’t purchase my vehicle from B&M South, but I was willing to spend my money there on Parts & Service. Needless to say, a TOTAL failure on the part of B&M (Group 1 Dealership 👎🏼👎🏼) at earning my business. I will gladly be driving the 50 miles to the Dealership I did purchase my vehicle from to get any and all future Servicing & Parts purchases done. BTW, it’s now 10 days after my visit to B&M and still no call/text/email with that estimate on the Windshield. Easily a $1,000 loss in parts/labor. Way ta go B&M!! More
