Osbaldo and Eni were exceptional representation of your dealership. Your system was lacking. The truck was sold prior to us being informed that the brakes would be replaced requiring the vehicle to remain dealership. Your system was lacking. The truck was sold prior to us being informed that the brakes would be replaced requiring the vehicle to remain two additional days. We had driven 3 hours from home and were not prepared for an additional two day stay. While pleased that this detail was handled, it was quite stressful. More
