Hi, everyone! I’m Frank, a Service Advisor here at Rallye BMW. I have been working in the automotive industry for 20 years; joined the Rallye dealership in 2014. Known for my big personality and willingness to go that extra mile for every customer. I am ASE certified in electrical, engine, and fuel systems. I have been a trained automotive technician for over 20 years, and continue to learn more about the latest technologies and advancements. Great Service Experience It is a Very enjoyable experience when entering Rallye BMW. Everyone greets you wherever you are in the Dealership. Extremely accomodating Had a tire emergency that required immediate action and repair/replacement. Made a early morning call and got an immediate appointment. Even got a state inspection so that we could avoid a subsequent visit. More

Excellent , the service dept took care of me right away. I waited for my car. The issue could not be resolved at no fault to Rallye.
