Actually, this was the second dealership we had visited on this particular day. The manager of the dealership was great and even the financial officer that helped us complete the paperwork. We had no intentions of making a purchase that day but only looking around. We never thought about buying a Buick because no one in our immediate family owns one. However, my daughter drove off in a 2025 Buick Encore GX ST Touring because of the great deal that we got and the excellent customer service. She has not stopped smiling since her purchase.
