This dealer is lucky to have a friendly and knowledgeable service adviser that puts the customers needs first. I came in from Wisconsin and my lincoln had a door switch that wasn't working. They tried to sell me a $1000 part to fix my sliding rear window, then I would have to hire a window repairman to put it on. I was able to go to a repair shop in Brandon who fixed it for $80, they used the o window, then I would have to hire a window repairman to put it on. I was able to go to a repair shop in Brandon who fixed it for $80, they used the old part, cleaned it up and put it back in place. Now my rear window defogger doesn't work, but I was told that ford won't fix it. More

Ford of Port Richey has been absolutely disgraceful in how they’ve handled “replacing” a windshield and “fixing” the hood on our 2020 Mustang GT500 that we purchased from Ford of Port Richey earlier this how they’ve handled “replacing” a windshield and “fixing” the hood on our 2020 Mustang GT500 that we purchased from Ford of Port Richey earlier this month (March 2022). BEFORE we purchased the car from Ford of Port Richey, we spoke with the sales representative and Nico, the guy who does paint work there, about these two issues. We were told these issues were going to be fixed and replaced. We also made sure that these items were noted in the contract paperwork during the purchase. The windshield is going to be completely replaced, after the attempted patch didn’t work, but Ford of Port Richey is insisting that the hood chip, which extended all the way down to the metal, is fixed by the glob of touch-up paint shown in the picture. This is not a fix. Nico, their own paint guy, said that for the chip to be fixed the entire hood would need to be repainted. We’ve talked with the assistant general manager, Waseem, and the sales manager, Ammar, regarding the touched up hood. They both claim that this is fixed, just not “perfect because it’s a used car.” After seeing the car firsthand, Waseem claimed that if this car was his, he’d be totally fine with the “fix.” Waseem even took us to a back office and told us right off the bat that he made sure the financial services manager put “fix hood” on the paperwork and that he wouldn’t “repaint a $2000 hood for anyone, (he) didn’t care who bought it.” Unfortunately for Ford of Port Richey, repainting the entire hood is the fix! Otherwise the financial service manager would’ve written “touch-up hood” and Nico wouldn’t have recommended the repaint as the fix. Ford of Port Richey is unwilling to spend the $1100 to do the right thing and fix the hood. At the end of our conversation, Waseem openly welcomed us to contact corporate and tried to intimidate us by saying that Ford of Port Richey’s reputation supersedes our experience. We also asked to speak with the general manager and was told that he was in Italy. This is how Ford of Port Richey treats someone who buys a $100,000+ car from them. More
