He brought me through my different options and did everything he could to get me into a car. Knowing very well there were more prospective buyers out there other than me that definitely had a larger budget and were ready to by now, Frank made me feel completely comfortable and I was not made to feel rushed or like I was wasting his time at all. Even the front desk staff was extremely professional and friendly, and I have a clear road map of what I need to do in order to get into a new car thanks to Frank. As far as my next car purchase is concerned I certainly will not be looking anywhere else but Mercedes of Bonita Springs. More
