My Salesman Frank Deluca assisted me every way possible, and has in depth product knowledge which made it easy for me to choose the vehicle for me. He went above and beyond and does this each and every time I send him customers. He is a great person. I was able to meet management at all levels. The store was extremely busy, but each manager came out to speak with me and made certain I was taken care of. They are consummate professionals. The managing partner Ralph Mesa greeted me and spent a tremendous amount of time explaining how important customer service is to him and his staff. To say Phenomenal would be an understatement! Having purchased cars for thirty years, I can absolutely say no dealership can compare. They are simply the best at every level and I recommend them to every person I know!! More

Amazing experience I was browsing online on the Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs website. I found a car that I was interested in and found a list of sales people on the w I was browsing online on the Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs website. I found a car that I was interested in and found a list of sales people on the website. I ended up picking Frank Deluca and messaged him around 1130 at night. To my surprise he ended up messaging me right back and next thing I know we are on the phone talking at 11:30 PM. I told him about the car I wanted and we set something up for me to meet with him the following day. At 7:30 in the morning the next day he sent me a live video that he recorded of the car. I went in that day and met Frank And eventually ended up making a good deal on the car and purchasing it. I normally go to a different Mercedes-Benz dealer but since my experience at the Bonita Springs Mercedes-Benz I will be doing all my future business there. Frank and the team there were all amazing and went out of their way to satisfy me.
