Ordered a car from him via the internet - sight unseen other than a few photos. Frank took the time to do a quick video run through of the car and I purchased it. Frank has the best customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered a 2020 GLS450 and he took the time with us to go over single option we wanted. He went above and beyond, always contacted us experienced. We ordered a 2020 GLS450 and he took the time with us to go over single option we wanted.
