This dealership is amazing...so unlike other dealerships in the South Florida area. All of the employees have obviously been well trained in customer service and go out of their way to assist! I purchased in the South Florida area. All of the employees have obviously been well trained in customer service and go out of their way to assist! I purchased my new car from them about a year ago. Every time I have contact with anyone at the dealership I am always so pleasantly shocked at their incredible customer service. Not only does my Salesman (Frank Deluca), the Manager (Rod Rees), and the service person (Torrey Tammaro)) go above and beyond to provide the great service, but the entire team is the best! Found my wife’s dream car at MB Bonita Springs web site. Called Frank at around 10:30am and worked out a deal. Did all the paperwork on the phone and on line ( even the financing) . We were done about 5pm a Called Frank at around 10:30am and worked out a deal. Did all the paperwork on the phone and on line ( even the financing) . We were done about 5pm and I told him we could wait till tomorrow. He said no way!! He said he would deliver today and that’s exactly what he was going to do. Only thing was I was in Miami (120 miles away!!). Well, long story short, Bada bing bada boom he delivered the car around 8:00 pm and my wife was thrilled!! To say that Frank will move mountains to keep his word is an understatement! As long as Frank is selling cars , he’s my guy and suggest you make him yours!!! More
