HANDS DOWN!! I just had today the best experience ever buying a vehicle. Frank Deluca our salesperson was waiting for us outside the dealership with the car and the keys in his hand. We enjoyed the relaxed ambiance he creates and his remarkable manners and knowledge. The car was exactly what we have in mind and the road test was just perfect!! Once inside the building, everybody was nice and attentive, but we were able to walk around without feeling any kind of pressure! That was an absolute PLUS!! We get to see the repair shop and it was something out of this world! It totally blew my mind the cleanliness and the setup. Top Notch facility and there is not a single robot in there, all Humans!!;) We sat with Frank to talk numbers and he was very receptive to all our questions and requests. Once we agreed, he took us to the finance officer who was also very professional and attentive. All the paperwork was done on their side pretty fast. I can keep going, the front desk lady, the product concierge!! There was nothing Else but WOWS the overall experience! I am a Mercedes enthusiast since I was a kid, this one is my third one, my second one saved my family from a horrendous accident. I owed Mercedes my life, but with this experience at Mercedes of Bonita Springs they just put the Ice on top of an already perfect cake!! I work at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, I know a few things about service and attention to detail, we felt like royalty today and for that just for that WE THANK YOU ALL!! More
