If I could rate this dealership with 10 stars I would. I recently called Frank Deluca to see if he could help me with a warranty issue on my 2020 GLE as another dealer in Miami (MB of Miami) claimed tha I recently called Frank Deluca to see if he could help me with a warranty issue on my 2020 GLE as another dealer in Miami (MB of Miami) claimed that the issue was not covered under the extensive warranty I purchased and tried to charge my thousands of dollars to repair this issue. Frank spoke to his manager and they agreed to fix the problem with no charge. In fact, Frank drove over 125 miles to pick up my car and provide me with a loaner. Car was fixed in 2 days. Who does this? Frank Deluca does!!! No matter where I am in the US, I will be buying every new MB from Frank and this dealership. Frank went above and beyond I purchased a car my 2022 on Nov. But do the production issues it was missing the Hermes chip.
