Frank is a rarity as he really invest himself in building long-term relationships with his customers regardless of what's in it for him. I purchased a 2021 Mercedes G550 two years ago. Amazing buying experience as well as an amazing vehicle. However, a couple of months ago I was looking to sell the G550 (insert sad face) as I have other financial priorities. I called Frank and within a couple of days I had a very solid purchase offer (Frank was able to negotiate above what I what I was originally quoted).
