After we made our final decision, he was very responsive and available for questions and further assistance that we needed. Frank was able to have our new car ready for pick-up two days ahead of the original date. When we picked it up, he explained all of the new car features very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. I appreciated Frank's sales approach and will definitely buy my future cars from him and will recommend him to all of my family and friends. Frank always makes us feel like we are his #1 priority. He went out of his way to make the entire process painless, fun, and as always was a true professional. He listened to our needs and took all the steps needed to satisfy and meet them. Frank is the reason when we consider any car purchase (new or used) our first visit is to Palmen, and we always ask for Frank. Additionally when we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by each and every staff member. When it came time to "close the deal" Joe (Finance Manager) and Frank made sure we were taken care of treated s with the utmost respect and genuinely showed their appreciation to us.
