Highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota I recently traded in a vehicle for a 2015 RAV4 at Schaumburg Toyota. It was the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. The main reason for this was the excellent salesperson that I had the opportunity to work with, Frank Brodsky. He is very knowledgeable about the product line and asked me just the right questions to help choose the Toyota that was right for me. He was very easy-going and I did not feel pressured at all. Frank made the whole process simple, easy and fun! Every now and then, a person comes across someone who is truly exceptional in their area of expertise, and this is Frank Brodsky. More

Beware, even when they say the car is certified. I bought a 2012 FJ Cruiser... my third one..... certified and the day I picked it up the weather was horrible. I wasn't worried because at other Toy I bought a 2012 FJ Cruiser... my third one..... certified and the day I picked it up the weather was horrible. I wasn't worried because at other Toyota dealerships the TOYOTA CERTIFICATION means something. Frank Brodsky did a good job. When we went to inspect the car the wind was so bad and cold we could not look to closely. Frank mentioned that he thought they switched out the spare because of a tire problem. The care was clean, though appeared they attempted to hide rust spots by spraying black on chassis parts. They took the car and washed it while se paid for it. Halfway back to Wisconsin I noticed two cracks in the windshield. I called and left Frank a message. Next morning the tire sensor was off for a flat tire I also noticed no radio antenna, and parts o th roof rack were broken of but stuck on the car to look like it was ok. SHAME ON THEM. Frank should find someone to work for who actually does the 160 point check, More

Many people helped me at Schaumburg Toyota and I had a wonderful experience. Rich Gregor confirmed my Internet quote from the Consumer Reports Build and Buy, so I knew the sale price before coming in. Fr wonderful experience. Frank Brodsky was a great salesman to work with, answering all my questions and pointing out the features on the car during our test drive. When the model with the specific features I needed was not on stock Thursday night Frank and Jon Eversen the sales manager was able to locate it at another dealership and have it there at Schaumburg Friday the next day. Jon also wanted to make sure I understood what the total price after all the taxes and fees before I put the deposit down Thursday night, which I was very impressed with. Mike Jackson in sales was also very helpful. Tim Breston in finance explained the features on the extended warranty customized to how many miles I drive per year on average so it was nicely tailored for me. I had some features requiring dealer installation which was delivered ahead of when promised. Their service department is open till midnight so I could bring it in after work and get the work down right away. Also Chris Herbig the service manager answered all my questions and gave me his card with his hours to contact him if I had any questions down the road. So their whole process was very customer oriented and I had a great experience with Schaumburg Toyota and I would highly recommend them. More
