We chose to purchase our new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Natick after having a less than pleasant experience with another Mercedes dealership a bit further west of this dealership. When I called to make an appointment to come in and look at cars, I’ll let them know that I had experienced poor customer service at a rival dealership and was hoping that they’d be able to at least meet my expectations. I am so pleased to say that they went beyond my expectations, and really reestablished our trust in both the value of Mercedes as well as working with a reputable dealership. Our sales person, Francisco Roblebo (Franco) was extremely competent. He explained the process of ordering a new car and also the benefits of considering purchasing a car that had already been pre-ordered from the dealership. He worked with me to help me understand all of the options that I was selecting and never put pressure on us one way or another just basically guided us. That’s the hallmark of a very good sales person. Once our car was in and we went to pick it up, we met the other members of the team. Yatim in the finance department was a delight, and we sincerely appreciated getting to know him on both a professional and a personal level, he shared all of the options that were available to us to add on to our car aftermarket. He was thorough and precise in his explanation of all of the options. The crown jewel of this team has got to be Jonny Pham. When our car was ready for pick up, we were told that we would have a “tech appointment“ with Jonny so that we could understand how our car operated. Not having purchased a car recently we really had no idea how significant this appointment would be. He took well over two hours to walk us through the basics of the car so that we have a good understanding of what options are available to us. We intend on going back to visit with him so we can understand even more about the car. Again, just like Yatim and Franco, after spending time with Jonny we feel like we know him on both a professional personal level (ask him about Football!). The whole team was exceptional from beginning to end, and I would not hesitate to send family members and our own children into see them when they’re considering purchasing a new Mercedes. Thank you for your reinstatement of faith in the car industry! More

Jonny spent two hours walking us through all functionalities of our car. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with! Although I had some familiarity already with Mercedes cars , Jonny spent 90 minutes reviewing all the features and new technologies. He has such a nice manner in his approach. I got every detail of information available with great confidence. He’s a gem and a special asset for the dealership. I feel secure knowing he’s available for any future questions.
