There was a time I was supposed to pick the car up but the people that were supposed to help me had already left by my appointment time. The building gets very cold over time. David listened to exactly what my husband and I were looking for and did not push us into something we didn't want to purchase. However, after we left Franchely everything went down hill. We were extremely upset with the poor customer service we received after we signed for our vehicle purchase. I submitted a survey and voiced my frustration by calling to explain the situation, so hopefully it wouldn't happen to another customer. I was very satisfied with the resolution. I was heard and hopefully new processes and procedures are put in place to avoid having more unhappy customers. Thank you again David for the continuous line of communication! More
