Amazing deal! We saw an ad for the Chevy Labor Day sale and we knew it was time to replace my 14 year old car. Disappointed Aside from the sales manager, Shawn, the sales and support staff were ineffective and non-responsive. They had to continually be prompted for action Aside from the sales manager, Shawn, the sales and support staff were ineffective and non-responsive. They had to continually be prompted for action and were slow to act. This is a large dealership and it seems to have great potential. However, after the few hours I had to sit and observe, their communication structure is non-existent. It was clear Shawn is the cornerstone of what they do and the employees around him cannot think for them selves and this completely hindered the buying process in terms of accuracy and speed. Just imagine what this dealership could do if they could communicate with one another and think on their own. My first and lasting impression was terrible. Would not recommend. More
