Upon arrival, I was rushed to put down payment after sitting there for over 6 hours. I was suggested to pay a different down payment rate than my loan provider from Capital One. I was not priority and I did not feel like a value customer. When voicing how I felt, there was no empathy and was told they were either on lunch or away from their desk. After 6-7 hours, I said I was about to leave, then that is when I was called to a desk to finalize the purchase of my vehicle.
