I have purchased two used BMW's from Greg Schneff at Germain. Both experiences has been very pleasant. They handled both transaction in a professional and fair manner. I have been looking for "my" ideal car for six months!! One visit to Germain BMW and I purchased my car in one afternoon on my first visit! I was only planning to check out a car I saw advertised months!! One visit to Germain BMW and I purchased my car in one afternoon on my first visit! I was only planning to check out a car I saw advertised. I was warmly greeted by Kevin Browne who answered my questions & in no time I was behind the wheel taking Kevin for a joy ride. Being aware that it may not be there tomorrow, I knew I had to make a decision. Kevin took time to help me understand all the particulars. He was instrumental in obtaining an acceptable trade in offer from,oh how could I have forgotten his name, who was equally as friendly & understanding. I love "my ideal" car. Kevin was very tolerable in teaching me what every button did & how to manuever the GPS. Not only once---but twice! Kevin was knowedgeable and informative. I know that if I have any questions or problems,all I need to do is call Kevin. Do I rate my experience a 10?? NO, I would rate it an 11. Oh, and the chocolates are/were fantastic! More

Everyone was very nice and helpful in getting me the car I wanted! Very happy how they were able to accommodate me with my tight schedule and needing to get back to school in a car after Easter break to tak I wanted! The greeting extended to us by Walt was extremely cordial and professional. He was very thourough when explaining the improvements and added features of the new 750LI over the 2006 750LI that I was driving and professional. Walt was very thourough explaining the car and the features of the car upon delivery. Walt has offered me as much of his time as needed to aquaint me with the car. Over the phone Shaun was very helpful. I was only slightly disappointed when I got to the dealership. I gave a quote over the phone and they told me it sounded good and we were really close to an agr slightly disappointed when I got to the dealership. I gave a quote over the phone and they told me it sounded good and we were really close to an agreeable price. I made a fairly long drive down to take the sale serious. First complaint would be the website said the car had 2,000 miles less then it actually had...I guess a manager kept driving it for a couple thousand more miles and they didn't update it. Second, it said no marks or scratches which I also asked over the phone to confirm, only to find a half inch or so scratch on the back that had touch up paint on it and done poorly. Third, upon arrival we test drove which was fine and then after talking with the salesman outside for a while, he tried to show me other cars they also had for sale. This annoyed me because I had called three times before and VERY obviously said I ONLY had interest in this specific car. The reason for the other car showing/suggestions I came to realize was because the GM didn't like my offer now that I was there and wanted the salesman to sell me a different car with more miles that had a lower listed price. Even after I said I wanted a specific model without a light interior do to ease of staining, he proceeded to try and show me a different model with very light interior. I knew this was caused from the pressure of the GM and I just took it with a grain of salt. WITH ALL THAT SAID, I still think Shaun was an extremely polite helpful gentleman. He did a great job playing the middle man and did his best to keep me happy and help me out. I knew that my offer was not going to be the final price and it would have to go up a bit and I was fine with that and expected it. How much I was surprised at first. Ultimately after some debate I was able to walk out with a very good price and the GM was friendly as well. Through the paperwork and actual car buying process, Shaun was outstanding, fast, helpful, and efficient. All the other staff I met were very professional and good at their jobs as well. I would very much so recommend this dealer to anyone else. It was a overall great car buying experience. My first two complaints could be negated by the fact that they are a big dealership and move a lot of cars all the time and it would be very hard to keep them all up to date. More

General Manager, Flavio Galasso, was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to lead us in the right direction. JJ birr was meticulous in meeting the specifications of the car that we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and took extra time explaining the options and showing us how to maximize the features once the car was delivered. Again, we are extremely pleased with our new vehicle, but more importantly with the service that we received before, during, and after the leasing process. More
