ervice is usually a little on the slow side, and it often feels like the Service advisors dont have time to status the vehicle being serviced. I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have part feels like the Service advisors dont have time to status the vehicle being serviced. I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have parts on order and of the flip side where the work was done in 1/2 the time estimated. Although I own 2 KIAs i would not recommend people to buy a KIA, due to the poor quality materials used( paint, plastics and rubbers and their resistance to cover material defects under warranty eventhough they are clearly defective. I also find the prices you charge for common services and repairs to be escessive. Greenway Kia is the first dealer that I actively avoid if possible. I also understand that some of my frustration is to Kia's lack of waranty support and not necessisarily Greenways fault. More

I made an appointment for the cruise control software update and oil change. I requested Fiyin as my service provider because of how exceptional he has been in the past. He was able to advise and inform update and oil change. I requested Fiyin as my service provider because of how exceptional he has been in the past. He was able to advise and inform me all about the cruise control software update and also made sure I did not have any other concerns or questions. I’m always kept up to date and the service is completed quickly. My car is always cleaner than when I arrived and parked in a very convenient place to pull out. Fiyin’s professionalism kindness and level of care is why I keep coming back and will continue to do so. I know I am in good hands. More
