I just purchased my daughters first car from Imperial Chevrolet. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The customer service was A++. The Sales Manager, Celio was extremely accommodating an Chevrolet. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The customer service was A++. The Sales Manager, Celio was extremely accommodating and professional! They painted the bumper, the steering wheel decal and took out two dents prior to picking up the car. They got it registered and insured and the process was painless and quick! They presented the car to us with a bow and balloons and put a huge smile on both mine and my daughters faces! I highly recommend Imperial Chevrolet. The car was very reasonably priced and it looked like a brand new car when we picked it up! I went to Imperial Chevrolet to see the car I am interested in buying . Firas greeted me within moments of pulling into the lot. I was hesitant at first because I had my mind set on the car I wanted. He helped me through the entire process. I was able to take the car for a test ride around town. I absolutely fell in love with a vehicle I had no intention of even looking at. It was a done deal! Firas was able to work on pricing with me by finding an internet offer that we could apply! I worked with Omar in the financing department and he was amazing! He was able to get me a fantastic rate! He made it a smooth process! He explained thoroughly all the packages I was able to add on.
