When I drove in I was met by Firas and asked him to show me the suburban I was looking for. Went right over to it , told me everything about the truck and all the options. Most pleasant experience for my family and I. From the moment I called Firas to the day we picked up the car, the whole experience was simply extraordinary. My dad came looking for a Jeep Wrangler and Firas simply went above and beyond to find what he wanted, he was patient and very thorough. Once we picked the car the managers Uzair and Milton helped us with ease through the whole finance process. They were very patient with my parents which I very much appreciated. Once we closed the deal, Firas constantly provided me with updates which helped me tremendously as I did not have to chase him down. When we went to pick up the car not only was it spotless but had new brakes and tires, all in all a very positive experience. More
