It took me 45 days to get my car's registration. I called the DMV and was advised that I could file a complaint, I told the dealer and voila! the registration magically appeared the following day. It took me 30 days to get a second set of keys. I was told to go to the dealership four different times only to arrive there for nothing. I dealt with unprofessional and rude people who were upset because I refused to be taken for a ride with a ridiculously high interest rate. I was lied to. What else can I say? I would never ever return to this dealer period. That's my assessment after all is now settled.

The unwanted gift that keeps on giving..... Further to the March 2016 update: I brought the car for the one repair they had initially agreed to perform and received the car back with the exact same issue. Didn't bother going back as it is largely a cosmetic issue but, shouldn't a repair be actually a repair? According to the paperwork for the Toyota Certification the tires had at least 56% or so left "across the thread." Well, that's not seemingly the case with this car as I brought the car for a tire rotation only to learn that the edges for the front tires were actually worn to the point that I had to purchase new tires. I replaced all four tires with better quality tires but, I am left to wonder about this certification thing..... Finally the most recent one, I called another Toyota dealer for a warranty question only to learn that there was no extended warranty contract attached to the vehicle. I called Fidelity, the company that manages the warranty for we paid for a platinum level extended warranty and wanted to know why this is not showing in our vehicle's records. Fidelity's response? They didn't have any record of warranty paperwork and payment having been forwarded to them!! What on earth!? We paid for the warranty, it's on the purchase docs and we have the warranty policy so how come this was not processed until we found out almost 7 months later!! Sure, I called the dealership and after wasting time trying to reach somebody I was finally (after complaining extensively) to the Finance DIrector who resolved the problem within 24 hours and while I appreciate his expedite resolution, shouldn't they have taken care of this when they collected payment from us? Terrible. I just hope this is the last I have to ruminate the terrible experience of our purchase at this dealership.....
