The worst opinion and experience buying at Toyota and with Felipe Rocha, Alex Castillo and Cristian Colon. They deceived me with the price of the car, with the monthly installments. I signed 34 documents in English without explaining anything to me, knowing that I don't speak English. No one at Toyota takes responsibility for their mistakes even though one of them admitted that I am being charged for insurance that I did not apply for.
