He kept me informed and set up a test drive time once my car passed the Toyota Pre-Owned certified Process. He was never pushy, but only asked questions that pertained to what I wanted. He is very personable, friendly, and very knowledgable. He anwered every question I had about the cars and knew all the technical specs I asked about mostly from memory. Once I decided to purchase, he made sure that process was smooth for me as well. The whole experience was pleasant. And that is extremely rare to hear about when purchasing a car.
