Every email I sent with further questions was also replied to very promptly. I arrived at the dealership, test drove and negotiated a deal. My new ride had been cleaned, fitted with plates and was ready to be driven off the lot within a short amount of time. I was home by lunch with a new truck, perfect! More

Fernando our salesperson was extremely helpful explaining how much of a jump we had to make forward because of all the technology that new vehicles now have compared to our old trusty 2010 Corolla. I bought my first new car, a RAV4 Hybrid, from Jaffarian Toyota. I was referred to Jaffarian Toyota be a family member in NH who runs a used car dealership. He told me they didn't charge over MSRP, which is Toyota. I was referred to Jaffarian Toyota be a family member in NH who runs a used car dealership. He told me they didn't charge over MSRP, which is unusual these days. Sure enough, the staff, Joel and Fernando, were very friendly and helpful. They took time to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond what I was expecting. It was the best experience I've had buying a car and I will definitely refer folks to Jaffarian. More
