Also, a few details were missed that I have had to go back to the dealership to resolve. In particular, why was the vehicle not given a full charge before I took over? You wouldn't sell a gas engine with an empty tank; why give a customer an EV with no range? More

I love shopping for a vehicle from a Dealership where the sales staff aren’t pushy and pressuring the customers to make the sale. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. In general, the staff were poorly trained in their jobs - or worse, maybe they are intentionally this bad. I pre-ordered a vehicle and paid a deposit In general, the staff were poorly trained in their jobs - or worse, maybe they are intentionally this bad. I pre-ordered a vehicle and paid a deposit. The staff somehow "lost" my order and either never placed the order or didn't attach my name to the order. After 20 months they finally offered me a similar vehicle to the one I ordered. Upon delivery they then tried to add $2800 to the price. It took 5 hours of back and forth, but they ultimately did give me $2500 towards the difference. Again, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had scheduled an oil change service package online that was advertised at around $85. When I arrived at the dealership, I informed them about my appointment and showed them the email confirmation. However, after the service was completed, I was surprised to see a charge of $250.42 on my bill. The cost had not been explained to me beforehand, and I had expected to pay the amount that was indicated online. I didn't explicitly request all the additional services, and I'm not even sure if they were necessary, so I felt a bit foolish. The cashier mentioned that they don't refer to the online system and instead perform the services based on your instructions. Nevertheless, I showed them the email confirmation and expected to pay less than $100. Furthermore, when I made the appointment online, I had requested the shuttle service. However, when I arrived at the dealership, they informed me that the service would be completed in under an hour, so the shuttle wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately, the service ended up taking 2 hours from 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM, which caused some trouble for me at work. Lastly, although car wash was not included in the service package, it would have been a nice gesture to compensate for the issues mentioned above. More
