His kindness and understanding helped turn a difficult situation into a positive and uplifting experience. I also want to recognize Eli, the finance manager, for the time he took to clearly explain every detail of the financing process. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel confident and at ease with my decision. Phil Taylor in Finance also made everything much less stressful and the process was incredibly easy.
