Beaver Chevy was once a reliable place to service your vehicle, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. After paying for services on my car, I discovered that several tasks were left incomplete vehicle, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. After paying for services on my car, I discovered that several tasks were left incomplete. Similar issues arose with our truck: we paid for a new oil filter and a tire rotation with balancing, only the rotation was performed, and the filter indicator showed just 18% life. Beaver advised me to return so they could balance the tires and check the filter change via video. Our latest Chevy truck (service at Beaver), displayed even more concerning problems!! With 2,300 miles left until the next oil change, the oil warning light appeared at just 9% remaining. When I called, they suggested checking the oil level—only to find it was nearly empty. My husband had to miss work to get the oil changed, a step that should not have been necessary if the service had been done properly. After these repeated issues, I DO NOT recommend Beaver Chevy! If you do choose to go there, check to make sure the work is actually done, verify your oil level, and get your old filters. More

I needed a significant amount of fluid changes as my Suburban was at 150,000 miles. David Parisi got me in and work completed but then after a day or so I noticed the car service engine light was on. I had a tune up sometime before so I thought the worst. I brought the car back on Saturday and fully expected a big charge. It was only a loose spark plug wire which service fixed at no charge!
