Ethan was great! His shift was nearly over and he was getting to leave and saw my wife and I wandering around the lot. He immediately approached us to see if we neede His shift was nearly over and he was getting to leave and saw my wife and I wandering around the lot. He immediately approached us to see if we needed assistance. He wasn’t aggressive and made us feel comfortable exploring the idea of buying a car. He was very informative and very well spoken. Once we decided that was the car we wanted, he started the process immediately and made it as smooth as possible. He is a great guy along with the other employees at Nissan in Cookeville, TN. More
