I contacted Tucson Subaru that I wanted to see a specific Forester that they had on their lot & I was coming from Phoenix. CJ verified that the car was still available. Past experiences buying vehicles had me dreading the thought of buying a new one, but working with Jack (sales) and Ethan (finance) on the purchase of our new Outback was a pleasure. There was no press thought of buying a new one, but working with Jack (sales) and Ethan (finance) on the purchase of our new Outback was a pleasure. There was no pressure to take on more vehicle than we needed. Jack was able to explain all the important features and took time to demonstrate them throughout the process. He's the real deal when it comes to working with a genuinely nice person (who just happens to sell cars ;-)).
