Potentially Bad Ended Good I bought a Buick Enclave from this deal 7 years ago. This week it developed an issue with the timing chain, which is a known problem for the 3.6 L V6 I bought a Buick Enclave from this deal 7 years ago. This week it developed an issue with the timing chain, which is a known problem for the 3.6 L V6. Needless to say I was down on GM as their corporate told me they would provide no help with a $4,000 repair. The service manager, Steve, took up my cause and helped me negotiate with GM corporate for $1,000 credit toward the repair. Based on the value of the vehicle at that point it really did not make sense to repair the vehicle, so I decided to explore a purchase through them. That is where Ernie, one of their sales representatives stepped in. He was actually the one who sold me the Enclave and he was dedicated to seeing me stay a Castle client. He assisted me with finding a decent vehicle and working out a fair deal on the trade-in. I ended up UNDER blue book for the car and left happy that some people still know the value of a great client experience. As an aside, I also dealt with someone in their finance group who was amazingly professional as well. We worked through scenarios for a service plan on the vehicle that fit my needs. Embarrassingly, I cannot recall his name as it was late and I was exhausted by that time. More
