I chose Erin Natzke because of her persona. To my surprise she exceeded my expectations; her non aggressive sales tactics are fantastic. My husband and I walked out of 8 Honda dealership's in NJ, MD surprise she exceeded my expectations; her non aggressive sales tactics are fantastic. My husband and I walked out of 8 Honda dealership's in NJ, MD, VA, AND DC because of vulture tactics. We decided to give Heritage Honda Parkville a chance. Erin Natzke is an astute employee and listened to our needs, for that we bought a new Honda Fit and paid for it in full because of Erin. Heritage is very lucky to have this young beautiful person working for them... If I could give her a trillion stars I would. Unfortunately, you have those tire kicker's who give bad reviews because a miracle couldn't be performed.
