Erin was the best car sales person I ever have worked with, and I bought my first car in 1971. From the moment she greeted us when we walked in on a busy Friday night, until the time I drove away in a n with, and I bought my first car in 1971. From the moment she greeted us when we walked in on a busy Friday night, until the time I drove away in a new car Monday evening, it went very smoothly. She understood my indecision between "previously owned" and brand new. On Saturday, I had emailed her my "wish list". Dealers a crazy busy on Saturday, so I'm not going to try to get time when I don't know what I want. So we set an appt for Monday morning at 9 AM. She was kind enough to not be annoyed when I took four hours to pick one out. During a test drive, she explained most of the features, especially new things that I was not familiar with. Then she guided me through warranty options. Then it was off to the closer. We then took a break so I could go tend to other things, and she got the car in to be prepared. I got back at 8 PM. She put the tag on and made sure I was oriented to the primary functions and safety features. It will take me a while to get through the book so I really know what I am doing! Mitch Giller and Sam Sarris also provided wonder understanding and support in the pricing and closing process. I have bought a lot of cars at this dealer, and I will get my next one here too! More

Our saleswoman was Erin, and she was amazing. She showed us the various models, and worked with us throughout the process. We went on a busy Saturday, and had to wait for long periods of time, then felt li us the various models, and worked with us throughout the process. We went on a busy Saturday, and had to wait for long periods of time, then felt like we were making a bunch of big decisions about financing at the end (when we were tired, hungry, and I was getting messages that my kids were giving Grandma a hard time) - we felt like we would have made different choices at the end, and saved a bunch of money on various warranties, but hopefully it was for the best because we are now very protected. We did call back to speak over our decisions the next available business day, and felt better about it, but definitely ended up spending more than we had anticipated. More
