By Far One Of The Most Unprofessional Establishments I Have Done Business With. I Recently Purchased A 2015 Genesis From Them. I Live Approximately 3½ hours Away From Them But My Fiancee Found This Vehicl Have Done Business With. I Recently Purchased A 2015 Genesis From Them. I Live Approximately 3½ hours Away From Them But My Fiancee Found This Vehicle That She Was Extremely Interested In Through Online Advertising. Through Frequent Communication, And Being Perfectly Clear On The Distance We Will Be Traveling Proceeded With All Proper Steps To Expedite This Purchase. Without Going In Length Of Process Was Approved With Set Amount Of Financing With All Particulars Set, And Appointment Made Sales Team Emphasized That Vehicle Was In Fact Ready For Delivery Ahead Of Time So We Took The Drive Up Early To Pick It Up. Once There Not Only Did They Attempt To Inflate Price, APR, And Down Payment, But The Car Had No Sunroof. It Was Parked Under Awning So That It Wouldn't Get Rained In. They Assured It Would Be Ready Within 2 Days, So Paperwork Was Finalized After Adamancy Of Them Holding True To Pre Set Agreement. 2 Days Turned Into 10 With A Poor Attempt Of Various Excuses. We Actually Had To Drive Up A 3rd Time Insisting On A Loaner Vehicle Because Of Not Only The Fact Of Them Not Having A Definitive Answer To When We Will Actually Possess Our Car, But Apparently Being Billed During Said Period. Once Delivery Was Finally Made Unfortunately I Received A Flat Tire A Couple Days Later, Broken Down On Side Of Highway To Realize It Had Rim Locks Which I Frantically Searched Every Inch Looking For Wheel Lock Key To No Avail. We Paid For The Tow And Immediately Contacted The Sales Representative To Notify Of Incident In Hope Of Some Type Of Assistance To Be Told Not Their Problem Have It Towed ONCE AGAIN To A Hyundai Dealership For Them To Take Care Of. All Of This Unnecessary Expense To An Unfortunate Situation Due To Their Negligence Of Doing Proper Inventory Of Vehicles Necessary Equipment. Their Are Also Other Distasteful Occurrences With This Process That As Being Noted Would Be Unnecessarily Lengthy Of This Review. As Long As My Negative Review Is At Least Voiced With Basic In-depth Accurate Reason For Said Accusation. I See This Business Has Some Decent Reviews, But Highly Recommend Someone Adhere To This Statement And Proceed With Caution So That The Next Person Doesn't Have The Same Misfortune. More

Very disappointed in my dealing with this dealership. I worked with Erin in Internet Sales (who was great). Unfortunately, once transferred to a sales associate (Patrick) in the office I could hear his m I worked with Erin in Internet Sales (who was great). Unfortunately, once transferred to a sales associate (Patrick) in the office I could hear his manager in the background telling him he didn't want my credit app or other discussion. He had others looking at the car and if I wanted it to come in now. I live 50 minutes away and was working with the internet and sales POC to finalize a price and get everything approved before driving down. I really wish I had gotten this managers name. His work may be great but he treated people like they were gum on his shoe! At that point, I told him to disregard and I would go elsewhere. He knew I wanted to buy that day. Erin called me back and apologized, and stated if I wanted the car it would be ready for me when I arrived at 12. I filled out the Hyundai financing, was approved, and proceeded to drive down. Once there Erin informed me the car was sold to someone else. She was discussing the situation with the same manager I heard over the phone. He was extremely rude to her and could be heard across the room where both I and my daughter were sitting. Erin apologized for the inconvenience and found an identical car at another one of their dealerships and told me it would be delivered to my residence that evening - by Erin and Kelly. Kelly told her son, Patrick, they would be driving the car to me the next day. So, I signed the paperwork and put down $4K then departed the dealership expecting the car that evening. At 6:30 pm I had heard from no one so I called the dealership at which time I was told it did not arrive and I would have it the next day. Next day arrives and I am told by Patrick the car arrived but he is swamped and it may not be able to be delivered until the following day. Two days after signing the contract and putting the deposit down. I told him that was not acceptable. I was promised it delivered the day before which didn't happen; then told the next day which he was telling me wouldn't happen. He stated if I wanted it that day I could come to Ocala and pick it up and that they did not use the word "promise". I told him him the word promise was not used, but I was told it would be delivered on a certain day, and I expected it to be delivered. Their word should be the bond, and there are plenty of employees there that could drive the car to Gainesville. Overall, the experience was one of the worst I have had buying cars, or any other service. Erin and Kelly were very nice, as well as the finance individual who took care of us. The rest of the experience was abysmal. I'll definitely not recommend it to anyone. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I stop by at the Hyundai dealer because it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had buying or leasing a new car in many years. Everyone especially my sales person dealer because it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had buying or leasing a new car in many years. Everyone especially my sales person Carolyn we’re very friendly and non-pushy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great car. More
