The whole staff that I worked with at Advantage Chevrolet were very helpful. I visited the service department for service problem and the fixed it promptly and correctly. Eric is AMAZING!!! There was one day that Eric was not there, I left him a message and Doug called me back. I really do not like dealing with others but Doug was just as great. I brought my car before som there, I left him a message and Doug called me back. I really do not like dealing with others but Doug was just as great. That's a team player! I know Charles from high school but that doesn't mean anything. He treats me like a regular customer. I would tell everyone about CHevy!! More

We prefer to support our local businesses and were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the natural warmth and genuineness of Jim G. It was our initial phone conversation which caused me to go I to pleasantly surprised and pleased with the natural warmth and genuineness of Jim G. It was our initial phone conversation which caused me to go I to pull the trigger on the car purchase several days later. Jim was friendly, helpful, and truthful about the inventory and specs on the vehicles which I inquired about. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Jim introduced me to Brian who would be my salesman. One of the things which I appreciated about the entire process was the speed and effectiveness for the transaction. I do not like to be left waiting for long periods of time in the salesman's office cubicle while things are done in the inner offices. Brian did not allow that to happen. He was courteous, respectful, and moved quickly to get our transaction completed. I really appreciate the treatment which I received during the purchase of our Traverse. The bonus is now having the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking for. Jim, Brian, and Tim, the Business Manager took great care of me during this process. The next day, the air conditioning malfunctioned but Erik and the service crew addressed the problem in no time and we had our car back in just a few hours. The situation was fixed and is working great. Great job all and thanks very much. More

Brought my Cruze in for an oil/ filter change, met by Erik & Sam w/a friendly greeting as always (I bought there & am a repeat customer). We checked to see if all the maintenance was caught up (I like that the information is on file in the system, makes it easier than trying to remember WHEN something was last done!), chatted a couple of extra minutes then I went off to look at some of the cars on the lot (Just eyeballing!) and chatted a bit with some of the salespeople (Bryon, Barry) while to car was being serviced. Even though I was on the premises for about 40 mins. (start to finish) it didn't feel like it because of the relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere of the people there. The people at Advantage are a great group to work with! More

Advantage chevrolet has been my car shop since moving to Bolingbrook a few years back. Doug, Samantha, Erik and all the great service guys have been taking care of my vehicles, getting them back on the road Bolingbrook a few years back. Doug, Samantha, Erik and all the great service guys have been taking care of my vehicles, getting them back on the road after a breakdown with quality, speed , courtesy and very reasonable prices. Well as life would have it (and the fact that I really ask alot of my suv with the work I put it through) my vehicle gave up. Sure the guys could have put her back on the road (for way less then I thought it would've been), but I decided it was time for a replacement. The sales staff is top notch in my book. Andre, Humberto and Tim listened to my needs, they found me a beautiful Equinox that wasn't more or less than I needed (including pricing and payments) completely hassle free and the wife loves what I drove home in, which earns the guys another five stars in my book. So if your looking buy a vehicle or get some mainenace work done, you should give Advantages team a chance to help you out. I'm sure you'll find it well worth it as I did. David Z More
