Have been doing oil changes and other repairs since I bought the truck from you. Used to be great. Now, people not as friendly, less concerned not as courteous. I guess my 10 year old truck doesn’t matte bought the truck from you. Used to be great. Now, people not as friendly, less concerned not as courteous. I guess my 10 year old truck doesn’t matter. For two years I asked for appraisal, part of your program. Never once did I get info. This past oil change never got video. My girl friend waited for truck. We made appointment saying needed quick in out this time. Still took 1 hour 45 minutes. At a cost of $100 I won’t be back. More
