I originally requested a quote by email and Eric sent me a very attractive offer that made me walk into the dealership. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process seamless, from reviewing the model I wanted to negotiating the price. He was a tough cookie in the best way, but still able to get me a really great deal. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and the customer service here is consistently the best, which is why this is now my second time buying a car at this location.
