I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new car at San Tan Ford yesterday. My sales person, Erica Cebreros, was amazing. I was in and out in about 3 hours with no haggling or frustration. Steve in financing had all the paperwork ready to go as well. All in all I was very pleasantly surprised. Best car shopping experience I have ever had! More

We're filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office For ODOMETER FRAUD! Santan Ford committed ODOMETER FRAUD! The car had 3200 miles on it when we bought it. I was adamant th General's office For ODOMETER FRAUD! Santan Ford committed ODOMETER FRAUD! The car had 3200 miles on it when we bought it. I was adamant that I did NOT want a loaner or rental ...and that I wanted a new car and the lower, interest rate that come with that....show me another car. They, (saleswoman and finance man) told us that "Even though it had 3200 miles on it, Ford Motor Credit would finance it as a new car because it was never used as a loaner or rental and only driven by the owners and specific managers. We were also getting a discount on the car because of the 3200 miles". We had to sign off on the odometer paperwork in financing....the mileage was listed 32 ...when we said they were missing a couple of zeros, they said "32 means 3200 in our world". Reported mileage to Arizona Dept. of Motor Vehicles? 32! That's ODOMETER FRAUD! They also reported the car had 9 miles, the day after we bought it and brought it home! (reported to Ford via the VIN) for a service that never happened! Less than 2 weeks after we bought the car, we had to bring it in (already) for service. This service, which would have required them to post/notate the current mileage. This service appointment and subsequent repair, was NEVER reported or notated on the VIN. When I asked for a recipe the service advisor, Eric Thompson, said "No need...no charge". Pretty slick, huh? They are low life, lying, thieving, xxxx. Avoid them like the plague! Erica came in and helped to assist after we looked at the truck. Since we didn’t ask to test drive the truck initially Matt let us know Erica would best to help us. I’m very happy that happened.
