Eric Sparrow was excellent. Extremely happy. I was having a super difficult time finding a dealer who was professional. Some wouldn't call me back and a few lied to me about the vehicle being th I was having a super difficult time finding a dealer who was professional. Some wouldn't call me back and a few lied to me about the vehicle being there. Once I'd show up they'd pull the "Oh man, that just sold. Let me show you a few other options...". One of my coworkers said I needed to go see Eric Sparrow at Kelly Nissan. Man, I am so glad I did. He answered my call while he was on vacation and even kept emailing potential trucks I told him I was looking for. His follow through was phenomenal. When I pulled up to the dealership my truck was there, waiting out front ready. Eric met me outside while I parked. The pricing of the dealership is right on point and they are extremely reasonable. Buying a car is never a short process but a few times I saw Eric jogging around to keep the process moving as quick as possible. I could not be more happy with the service, the dealer, and especially Eric's professionalism. I will absolutely be using Eric and Kelly Nissan again in the future and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. More
